Goals and Objectives of the Festival:
The festival is held in conservation and development of national cultures, the promotion of traditional forms of amateur art, which has deep national roots, improving professional skills of creative teams, initiation to art of the general public irrespective of their ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, musical taste education as an example cultural traditions of different countries.
The festival promotes the strengthening of friendly relations between nations, harmonization of interethnic and international communication, mutual enrichment of cultures.
Nominations of the festival:
• Folklore - solos, ensembles and bands.
• Folk songs - solos, ensembles and bands.
• Dance Art - solos, ensembles and bands - all the genres of folk dance and stylization
• Instrumental works - solos, ensembles and orchestras of folk instruments
(Folk themes in the processing, transcriptions, small and large form on folk themes)
• Theatrical works - rituals, festivals, plays snippets of fairy tales, myths, legends
• Exhibition of Applied Arts, crafts - all genres
• Family - all genres of folk art in a family performance.
Age categories:
1. "Children's category-0 (preparatory)" - up to 7 years
2. 'Children's category-I »8 -9 years old," Children's category-II »10-12 years old;
3. 'Junior category-I »-13-15 years old," junior category-II »16-18 years old;
4. The category of "youth" - 19-25 years
5. "Eldest category" - 26-35 years;
6. "Seniors" - 36 years;
7. 'Mixed category'
Equipment:
Participants of the contest-festival of all nominations may be eligible to contest program with live music or have a (-) sound track to MD, SD. Every recording should be on separate media with the name of the product, the name of the ensemble (artist name), and timing.
Program must meet the age of the performer.
Schedule:
Speaking time to soloists - to 6 minutes, with start and the end(preparations)(1-2 rooms)
For ensembles and groups of any category - up to 10 minutes with the start and the end(preparations) (1-2 rooms)
Participants of the festival in each category are awarded prizes, awarded the title "Laureate» I, II and III level, "Winner» I, II and III level, "Participant" in the presentation of the award diplomas. Perhaps there are special awards: "Most youngest participant, "" Audience Award "etc.
Teachers, managers and accompanists are awarded jury diplomas to prove their professional skills, as well as special awards are possible: "For the best arrangement," "For the preservation of national cultural traditions."
Fees:
The contest-festival is held under the self-sufficiency.
The registration fee for visitors (with accommodation)
5100rub. per person includes:
Participation in the festival, hotel *** on the venue of the competition, breakfast.
Services are provided supplementary feeding, transfers and excursions.
Application for accommodation should be sent before 20 October 2011.
The registration fee for participants from St. Petersburg and Leningrad region (without accommodation):
soloist - 1500 (1800) rub.; duo - 2500 (2800) rub. ensemble of up to 5 -800 (900) rubles. with the participant; team of 6 people .- 5000 (5500) rub.;
one participation in the art exhibition, 600 (700) Rub-up to 3 jobs , 900 (1000)-now up to 5 jobs.
