The international cultural programs foundation «VIVAT, TALENT» realises the international program "VIVAT-talent" since 2005. The program includes carrying out of annual competitions and festivals in St.-Petersburg, Finland, Czechia, Austria, France and Bulgaria.

The program purpose is development of the creative initiative in pupils, stimulation of their educational activity, revealing and comprehensive support of the most talented and perspective children and youth. Festivals give the chance to teachers, to heads of collectives to show results of the work to get acquainted with new tendencies and directions in teaching and art.

Choreography of various genres and directions, instrumental creativity, classical and variety vocal, theatrical and circus art, an exhibition of art creativity – here the incomplete list of nominations on which the young executors only beginning the career, and students of professional educational institutions, and teachers, the leaders, the giving concerts musicians, already obtained a professional recognition compete also. Soloists, ensembles, orchestras, choruses, family collectives, the master of graphic creativity – everyone in the nomination has possibility to show to public and jury the abilities, talent, and also to confirm professional skill.

We have deservedly earned respect and trust from the Russian and foreign departments, the public and commercial organisations, partners and sponsors and the most important thing, among our numerous participants from cities and regions of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia, Korea, China, Hungary, Czechia and other countries.
